Hackathon

The 2025 Climate Informatics Conference is currently partnering with Capgemni Invent and the Environmental Data Science Innovation & Inclusion Lab (ESIIL) of the University of Colorado Boulder, in a hackathon with focus in hydrology, more specifically in Water Scarcity.

The hackathon consists of two phases:

Phase 1: Modelling streamflow with usage of environmental datasets;
Phase 2: By utilizing game-theory techniques, be able to simulate and optimize water consumption, with focus on water resource management;

The hackathon includes cash prizes, and it is run at the Codabench hackathon platform. Please see the details, including deadlines at the event page.
