Daniel Civitarese

Daniel Civitarese is a Research Scientist in the Spatiotemporal Modeling group at IBM Research Brazil, working to advance the state-of-the-art in developing and evaluating spatiotemporal predictive models using machine learning approaches, such as deep learning and foundation models. Daniel earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Neuroinformatics from PUC-Rio in 2015, developed in partnership with the Bionet Group at Columbia University.
