Francesco Immorlano (University of California, Irvine; LEAP NSF-STC Center; CMCC Foundation) - fimmorla@uci.edu
Francesco Immorlano is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California — Irvine and LEAP NSF-STC — Columbia University, with a Ph.D. in Engineering of Complex Systems from the University of Salento. He has been collaborating with the CMCC Foundation since May 2020, and was a visiting researcher at Columbia University in spring 2022. He is currently investigating the design and development of diffusion models and other generative models with a specific application to climate science.
